Is the score the same on every plan?

Yes. There is no premium tier that changes how your score is calculated, displayed, or ranked. Pricing buys volume and dashboard features, not rankings.

What counts as an invite?

Every verified order that triggers a review-invite email. Bounces, blocked invites (anti-fraud) and re-invites within 30 days don't count toward your monthly cap.

Can I switch plans mid-month?

Yes — upgrade any time and you'll be pro-rated for the remainder. Downgrades take effect on your next billing cycle to keep things simple.

What happens if I exceed my invite cap?

Your invites queue up and get sent the moment your next billing period starts. No surprise charges. We email you at 80% and 100% of cap so you can decide whether to upgrade.

Do you bill in euros?

Yes — €, plus 21% VAT for EU customers without a valid VAT number. We accept SEPA Direct Debit, iDEAL, and major credit cards via Mollie.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes — no lock-in and no long contracts. Start any plan, and cancel whenever you like. We'll always email you before a billing cycle so there are no surprises.

What if my volume changes month to month?
