For shoppers
Who can write a review on Verifio?
Only people who placed a paid, delivered order at the shop. Every invitation is tied to a real order, so anonymous review-bombing isn't possible.
I got a review invitation — is it genuine?
If it comes from noreply@verifio.eu(or the shop's own verified domain) and links to a page on verifio.eu, it's genuine. We never ask for passwords or payment details in an invite.
Can a shop delete my honest review?
No. Shops cannot remove reviews. They can flag content that breaks the rules (illegal content, personal data, off-topic), but the decision is Verifio's, not theirs.
How do I edit or delete my own review?
Sign in with the email you reviewed from and open your account. You can update or remove any review you wrote.
For businesses
How do I start collecting reviews?
Connect your store on the Integrations page (Shopify, WooCommerce or the REST API). Verifio then sends a verified-buyer invite automatically after each delivered order.
What is the Compliance badge?
A trust mark a shop earns by passing KvK/KBO registration and an EU consumer-law checklist. Unlike most badges, customers can verify it directly on verifio.eu.
How is the Trustscore calculated?
It combines your verified reviews with silent-but-satisfied customers at a fixed conservative weight, so a loud unhappy minority doesn't define your score. Full method on the How it works page.
Can I show my score on my own website?
Yes — the Widget gives you a one-line script tag with a self-resizing badge, card or inline rating.
